Coco Mademoiselle at first displays the bright scents of orange and bergamot, then yielding floral rose and jasmine notes before drying to a sensual vetiver and patchouli. The eau de toilette formulation also features notes of musk, vanilla, grapefruit and litchi.

I not long ago had the privilege to again experience this exquisite fragrance. This again painted the image of an elegant woman in my mind. I was taken back once again to my first experience with this perfume. I was on a cruise on the Mexican Riviera with a group of friends; one used my tester of Coco Chanel (I used to be a purveyor of designer fragrances). She, just like the woman I imagined above is someone who has an aristocratic air about her. From a family who has always appreciated the finer things, it was no surprise whatsoever that she gravitated to my Coco Mademoiselle tester. The effect on her was intoxicating; I myself was tempted to seduce her.
